KRC Technologies Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Guard Patrol mobile application (the “App”). This application is designed for organizational use to monitor and manage security guard patrol operations.

1. Information We Collect
- User Information: Includes login credentials such as username and password provided by your organization.
- Device Information: Includes device model, operating system, and app version for performance and troubleshooting purposes.
- Patrol Activity Data: Includes checkpoint scans, timestamps, and patrol logs collected during guard operations.
- Bluetooth Data: The app uses Bluetooth (BLE) to detect nearby checkpoint devices. No personal Bluetooth data is stored.
- Location Permission (System Requirement): Android may require location permission to enable Bluetooth scanning. The app does not collect, track, or store user location data.
2. How We Use Information
- To authenticate users and control access
- To track and monitor patrol activities
- To generate reports and logs
- To improve system performance and reliability
3. Data Storage and Security
All patrol and system data is securely transmitted to and stored on company-managed servers.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.
We may share data only:
- When required by law
- When necessary for system operation (e.g., backend infrastructure)
5. Permissions Used
- Bluetooth: to detect and communicate with checkpoint devices
- Internet: to send and receive data from the server
- Location (if required by Android): only to enable Bluetooth scanning
The App does not use location data for tracking users.
6. Business Use
This application is intended for use by authorized organizations only. Access is restricted to users who are provided credentials by their organization.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for using the application in accordance with their organization’s policies.
